Description of Goods

All goods offered for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description of them. Action Sports World reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale.

Stocking, Availability and Delivery

Items offered by Action Sports World are stocked by us. For this reason, we are normally able to prepare and despatch your order within two working days of receiving it. Only in exceptional circumstances, such as holidays, should there be any exception to this timetable.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date errors may occur. Prices and availability of goods may be subject to change without prior notice. You will however be given the current price at the time you place your order. We will endeavour not to offer goods that are out of stock, if your item is unavailable we will contact you and inform you of the waiting time or cancel your order if you prefer. If you purchase a product which is incorrectly priced you will be informed of the correct price immediately and offered a chance to continue the purchase at the revised price or cancel the order.

Special offers are only available whilst stocks last and for the period displayed. Special offers can either be continued or discontinued at the sole discretion of Action Sports World.

Tax Charges

All products on Action Sports World are priced in pounds sterling and include VAT at local rate. VAT is not due on importation to countries who are members of the European Union. However, all non-European Union customers should please note that you may have to pay tax and customs duties in the country of IMPORTATION. HomeBiz4Pros are not liable for these charges which remain the responsibility of the customer/importer. We will not refund in circumstances where customers do not accept delivery on the grounds that they refuse to pay import duties. Import duties vary widely from country to country. For specific information, please contact your local Customs Office.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day of receipt. You must provide us with a written notice (this can be an email). If your payment has been processed it will be refunded within 30 days to the card used for the purchase (less delivery charge where appropriate). It is your responsibility to return the goods to Action Sports World in their original packing and in perfect condition and pay for any postage costs incurred by returning the goods.

Guarantee

Action Sports World guarantees 100% satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no-quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, or if they arrive in a damaged or unmerchantable condition, then please notify us immediately and we will replace them. Alternatively we will provide a full credit including postal charges to your credit card upon safe receipt of the returned goods. Any damages and shortages must be advised within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that the Action Sports World guarantee is additional to, and in no way affects, your statutory rights as a consumer.
